Our bison is grass fed. Bison is lower in fat and higher in moisture than beef. The meat has low cholesterol and is high in protein. It has less fat content than chicken and turkey. Bison will cook more quickly than beef but can be used in all the same ways as beef. It tastes great! As you can see from our table below, bison comes in a variety of cuts.
